Our Terms and Conditions Policy does not restrict your personal rights as per the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.  

Luma Fashion does not make any specific guarantees or warranties of any kind for our garments and delivery. The delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed time frames. 

By placing an order with us you are agreeing to all our Terms and Conditions and information on this page. 

Luma Fashionis based in New Zealand.

All orders and transactions are covered by New Zealand law. 

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars. 

We reserve the right to change any information on our website at any time.

ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE

The purchase of products from lumafashion.co.nz is limited only to parties who can enter into and form contracts in accordance with New Zealand law. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information.

When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct.

Luma Fashion will only trade with customers who meet our terms of eligibility.

PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of your orders, for invoicing and therefore failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order.

Personal Data may also be collected on a voluntary basis for our Loyalty Program (Luma Rewards).

By registering on the Site and/or Loyalty Program, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you. Communicating false information is contrary to the present general Terms and Conditions, as above.

You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you. You can at any time make a request to Luma to find out what personal information we hold concerning you. You may at any time, and by request, modify this information.

Cookies record certain information stored on your hard drive. This information enables us to generate statistics based on data from visitors to our site and suggest products that might interest you according to the items that you selected when you previously visited the site. Cookies do not contain any confidential information about you.

PAYMENTS  

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched. 

  • Simply phone or email us advising your request to cancel. 
  • We will email you with our acknowledgment of your request. If you do not receive an email please contact us to ensure we received and accepted your cancellation. 
  • If the goods have already been dispatched, then the sale is deemed to be complete. You will need to return the goods to us for a refund on the terms covered under Returns and Refunds below. We may cancel your order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched.  If your order is cancelled, any payment will be refunded (please see Returns and Refunds below). 

 

OUT OF STOCK

We update our sites product availability regularly, however on occasion: 

  • Another customer (either online or instore) may have recently purchased the item you have selected. 
  • An item might be on hold or on ‘appro’ for another customer. 
  • There may be an error on our stock system. 

If this happens, we will contact you to discuss alternative options which could include waiting while we re-order the item, selecting an alternative colour or style or you may choose to cancel part or all of the remainder. 

 

ERRORS 

While we try and ensure that all prices and other information on our website is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order with the corrections or cancelling it. 

If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. 

  

PRICES, PAYMENTS & REFUNDS 

Currency 

All prices are displayed in New Zealand (NZ) dollars and payments are processed in NZ dollars. 

For international transactions, your credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency using their exchange rates and they may include a transaction fee. 

If your order is being sent within NZ, prices will be inclusive of NZ GST (15%). 

If your order is being sent to Australia, prices will be inclusive of AUS GST (10%). 

If your order is being sent to another country, your purchase will be NZ GST free. 

  

Pay In-Store 

If you wish to pick your items up from our store, you can elect to Pay in Store, and use any of our instore payment options including Cash, Eftpos.  Also see Click & Collect 

 

Click & Collect 

Click & Collect allows you to purchase items online and collect from Luma Fashion store. 

 

How it Works 

  • Select the items you like online and add them to your Shopping Cart. 
  • Go to the Checkout and select “Click & Collect” for your delivery method. 
  • Complete the checkout and payment process.  If you pay online by Visa or Mastercard and your order changes at time of collection, we will either refund or charge any variation.  If you choose Pay In Store, then you can pay at time of collection and choose any of our in-store payment options. 
  • We will put your order together and contact you when it’s ready to collect 
  • While in store, you are welcome to try the items on and change your selection. Your payment will be for the items you have decided to keep. 

 

REFUNDS

All refunds are processed in NZ dollars. 

Refunds are made to the credit card number that you used to make the original purchase. 

If you paid by internet banking, we will pay the refund to your bank account. 

For international refunds, the amount showing as refunded in your local currency will depend upon the exchange rate and exchange fees charged by your credit card provider at the time the refund is processed.  Therefore, the final amount you receive may be slightly more or less than your original payment. 

 

PROMOTIONS

Promotions such as discounts, free shipping, or vouchers are offered at our discretion and can be withdrawn at any time.  We are sorry, promotions can’t be applied to orders that were placed or completed prior to the promotion starting. 

 

SALE & DISCOUNTED STYLES

Unless otherwise stated the following apply : 

  • Layby, After Pay or other payment plans can  be used on sale/discounted styles. 
  • Holds and Appro are not available on sale/discounted styles. 
  • Sale/discounted styles purchased in store are not able to be returned under our 14 Day Return policy (this does not apply to faulty goods). 
  • Sale/discounted styles purchased online can be returned under our 14 Day Return policy. 
  • Final Clearance styles purchased either in store or online are not able to be returned under our 14 Day Return policy. 

 

 

FAULTY ITEMS 

Every care has been taken with the quality of our garments to ensure your satisfaction, however from time to time a garment is faulty. When this happens you can either exchange for a perfect garment or we will refund the garment fee for you. 

Luma Fashion is happy to refund or exchange any of your online purchases if you are not satisfied with the product. You may return your item(s) to us in an original unworn condition with tags attached within 14  days from when you received your goods. In-store purchases may be returned within 14 days. 

We will happily exchange or refund faulty items within a reasonable time (in line with the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act.)

Unfortunately, your postage on refunds and exchanges is not refundable. If you are exchanging your purchase the good news is we don't charge postage when we re-send the exchanged garments back to you.

Local Delivery Options 

We are committed to delivering your ordered garments to you as fast as we can because we know you will just love wearing them! 

Once an order has been received and processed, your delivery will arrive within 3-5 working days to New Zealand metro areas and up to 7 days to New Zealand rural postal areas 

We do not deliver to PO Box outside of NZ . If your order takes longer than this please contact us at sales@lumafashion.nz

DELIVERY FEES

FREE Shipping 

Free Shipping applies to our standard delivery methods for orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be $5.00 for orders to New Zealand and $55.00 for orders to Australia and the Pacific.

If you would like a premium shipping method please get in contact and there will be a cost associated with this. 

If Free Shipping was applied to an order and part or all of the order is returned negating the Free Shipping Terms, the normal shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
